Founder & Executive Director

Casey oversees strategic planning, regional expansion, and partnership development with schools, attorneys, therapists, medical providers, and community organizations. She regularly leads professional presentations and training sessions focused on special education teaching, inclusive practices, and systems-level advocacy. Her work extends beyond individual student cases to strengthening the broader special education landscape.

In addition to executive leadership, Casey remains actively involved in high-level case consultation and complex educational planning. She is deeply committed to empowering families, mentoring educators, and building a company culture grounded in integrity, excellence, and heart.

Director of Services
Lily Hammond

Lily Hammond serves as Director of Services at Casey’s Special Education Services and has been part of the company since its earliest days. As one of the founding members of the team, she has helped shape the growth and structure of services from the very beginning.

In her leadership role, Lily oversees educator support, service quality, school partnerships, and family engagement across the region. She ensures that every student’s plan is thoughtfully designed and collaboratively implemented. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Lily continues to carry her own caseload of students, maintaining direct connection to families and school teams.

Her leadership blends hands-on experience with strategic oversight, ensuring that Casey’s services remain personalized, responsive, and rooted in strong relationships.

Director of Outreach
Lyn Evans

Lyn Evans serves as Director of Outreach and has been a trusted leader within Casey’s since the early stages of its development. She has helped expand the organization’s presence throughout the DMV while remaining deeply connected to the families it serves.

Lyn leads community engagement initiatives, professional networking, event coordination, and resource-sharing efforts. She builds partnerships with schools, advocacy groups, therapists, and community organizations to ensure families have access to comprehensive support systems.

In addition to her outreach leadership, Lyn maintains an active caseload of students. As both an educator and community connector, she bridges direct service with broader systems-level collaboration, strengthening Casey’s impact across the region.

Britney Roberts serves as Director of Operations and has been part of Casey’s Special Education Services since its earliest days — long before the company formally launched. Britney and Casey first worked together in the same charter school when Casey’s was still just a dream, and she has played a pivotal role in turning that vision into reality.
As Director of Operations, Britney oversees internal systems, scheduling logistics, documentation processes, compliance tracking, and strategic operational planning. She ensures that services run smoothly, communication remains clear, and families experience seamless coordination.

In addition to managing company-wide operations, Britney continues to carry her own caseload of students. Her dual role as both educator and operational leader allows her to keep student needs at the center of every system and decision.
