Alex Foust
Alex Foust brings over 15 years of experience in education, including more than eight years in DC public education. She has taught both general and special education in grades 3–5 and has led PK–5 intervention initiatives at the administrative level.
Her areas of expertise include early literacy, project-based learning, IEP and 504 Plan development, social-emotional learning, and behavior management. Alex is deeply committed to ensuring equitable access to educational opportunities for all students and families.
She believes in meeting students where they are, honoring their strengths, and building systems of support that allow them to thrive academically and socially.

Alexa Louis
Alexa Louis is a Special Education teacher with a master’s degree in Special Education focused on Moderate Disabilities. She specializes in lower elementary mathematics for students in grades K–5 and is passionate about building strong foundational skills in the early years.
Alexa’s teaching approach centers on meeting students where they are. She uses clear structure, hands-on learning, and developmentally appropriate strategies to build both confidence and conceptual understanding. Her goal is to make math accessible, meaningful, and engaging.

Deborah is deeply committed to advocacy and community leadership, serving in advisory and board roles focused on autism research and disability services. She also founded a social group that fosters connection among neurodivergent young adults.
